Every product we sell is fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your candles for any reason, please contact us and we will resolve the problem in a manner that best suits your needs.

We are happy to issue refunds for other items upon their undamaged return. Please call us at (434) 528-9885 or (866) 724-9300 (toll free) during business hours (U.S. Eastern Time) to arrange for return shipping.

Ordering

You may order our candles and accessories here through our website, or by phone at (434) 528-9885 or (866) 724-9300 (toll free) during business hours (U.S. Eastern Time), or by mail with our printable order form.

Method of Payment

We accept most major credit cards online or by phone, or a personal or corporate check by mail. We do not ship C.O.D.

Canceling Your Order

If you change your mind, for any reason, before your order has shipped, we will cancel your order free of charge, no questions asked.

If you change your mind about an order after it has shipped, please return the unburned product to us within 30 days and we will refund your money, minus the shipping costs.

Back Orders

We do not back order items. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you to let you know when it will be available.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you are purchasing on behalf of a non-profit organization or other qualifying entity and wish to request an exemption from Virginia retail sales tax, please call us Monday through Friday, during business hours so that we may assist with your purchase.
