Every product we sell is fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your candles for any reason, please contact us and we will resolve the problem in a manner that best suits your needs.

We accept most major credit cards online or by phone, or a personal or corporate check by mail. We do not ship C.O.D.
If you change your mind, for any reason, before your order has shipped, we will cancel your order free of charge, no questions asked.
If you change your mind about an order after it has shipped, please return the unburned product to us within 30 days and we will refund your money, minus the shipping costs.
We do not back order items. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you to let you know when it will be available.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a non-profit organization or other qualifying entity and wish to request an exemption from Virginia retail sales tax, please call us Monday through Friday, during business hours so that we may assist with your purchase.
